How long does delivery take?
We partner with major international logistics service providers like China EMS (delivered by USPS), SingPost, SF Express, DHL, UPS, FedEx to offer two shipping methods:
• Registered Airmail: 7-14 business days
• Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Unless especially specified, we offer Registered Airmail for each order. If you want an Express Shipping rather than a default please choose express shipping method when you check out.You may pay additional shipping fees.
Some items will have a FREE SHIPPING service, we’ll ship your items free.
*Note: Due to actual service level, Express Shipping orders may be delivered in 2 - 3 days for USA, East Asia, Singapore, Australia and 3 - 5 days for other countries.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
Yes, tracking number is available for all the countries and will be sent to you through email. It may take up to 14 days during peak season as shipping company may delay the shipment.
I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
It is possible to cancel in 12 hours after order placed. After that, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
Invalid Reasons:
- Buyer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which Score Discount does not tolerate. Buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?
We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately we have no control over that, it all deals with laws and regulations in your respective country. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Well Pick is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
Can I get refund if I do not get my item?
It usually takes around 1-2 weeks to arrive unless remote destination or festival season, which may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Customs checking will also delay the delivery time, please be patient for the delivery. If the parcel does not arrive in 1-2 months, with tracking information or the sent receipt of the parcel provided, a refund the order or a replacement will be sent again under agreement.
What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at support@mobileacce.com with details / photos of the product and the defect.
We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund for you, using the original method of payment.
